An open kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with a double bed each. One bedroom with a double sofa bed and two independent bathrooms both with shower.
OUTSIDE: It has a nice terrace next to the 8×4 pool and a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for two vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area, given the proximity to the sea and its beaches. It is located just 100 m from the nearest cove and 250 m from the sandy beach. Nearest restaurant and the center of Calpe is 2 km away.
