EXTERIOR: You will enjoy a large terrace area, where the 7×4 pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower is located. You can make meals outdoors taking advantage of the barbecue that will be available with a small outdoor kitchen with electric fires. There is also a parking for one car on the same plot.
LOCATION: The villa is located in an unbeatable urbanization called “Caleta” given the proximity to the beach and restaurants in just 700 m, the nearest supermarket 400 m and the center of Calpe 3.4 km.
